IN AFFECTIONATE REMEMBRANCE OF LYDIA ANNA TYSON WIFE OF J J TYSON WHO FELL ASLEEP IN JESUS AUGUST 25TH 1884 AGED 50 YEARS "BLESSED ARE THE DEAD WHO DIED IN THE LORD" (REVELATIONS 13:14) AND OF JOSEPH JAMES TYSON WHO ENTERED INTO REST 1897 IN HIS 73RD YEAR "NEITHER SHALL THERE BE ANY MORE PAIN" (REVELATIONS CHAPTER 21) ALSO OF LEONARD BOURNE TYSON SON OF THE ABOVE WHO DIED AUGUST 23RD 1894 IN HIS 19TH YEAR AND THE BLESSED DAUGHTER OF THE ABOVE ANNA KATE TYSON WHO DIED 4TH NOVEMBER 1903 AGED 43

1		HEADSTONE OF TAMAR (NEE DAINTON) PIKE AND HER HUSBAND GILES PIKE "My presence shall go with thee, and I will give thee rest" (EXOD.33.14) - WORDS OF REASSURENCE BY GOD FOR MOSES WHILST HE WAS ON THE MOUNT TAMAR DAINTON BORN 1826 AND GILES PIKE BORN 1819 BOTH BORN IN BECKINGTON Photo kindly sent by Terry Copeland. The photo was taken in St.Georges Church graveyard in Beckington earlier on this year and is the headstone of Tamar Pike [Dainton] and her husband Giles Pike.
2		HENRY AND SUSAN DAINTON HEADSTONE IN BECKINGTON BURIAL GROUND with thanks to Ron and Jill for photo In affectionate remembrance of Henry Dainton (late of Rudge) Who died at Milton near Pewsey May 24th 1889 in his 71st year “here have we no continuing city But we seek one” (Hebrews 13:14) Also of Susan Widow of the above Who died in this Parish March 6 1903 aged 80 years Formerly of East Knoyle, Wilts “For the trumpet shall sound And the dead shall be raised” (Corinthians 15:52)

4		SAMUEL DAINTON AND BETTY (NEE BATCHELOR) DAINTON HEADSTONE IN ST GEORGES PARISH CHURCH GRAVEYARD IN BECKINGTON, SOMERSET "IN MEMORY OF SAMUEL DAINTON WHO DIED NOVEMBER 21ST 1864 AGED 77 YEARS. ALSO OF BETTY HIS WIFE WHO DIED OCTOBER 1TH 1854 AGED 60 YEARS" ADDITIONAL NOTE FROM RON & JILL PIPER The grave of Samuel and Betty is situated between the path and the main wall of the church on the South side. If you leave the church by the South porch the grave is on the left within touching distance from the porch entrance..Very prominent indeed.
