WEDDING OF JULIE FUDGE AND JEREMY STEEL 30 AUGUST 2008 AT 1.00PM IN FROME, SOMERSET
Photos of the wedding of Julie Fudge and Jeremy Steele at St Katharine’s parish church, East Woodlands, nr Frome, Somerset. Julie is the daughter of Jen Goddard & Rob Fudge. Jen’s great great aunt was Roseanna Goddard who was John Peters’ second wife.
St Katharines church is on the edge of the Longleat country estate and is about 300 yards from Cole Hill Farm where John Peters and his parents (John and Mary) lived at the time of the 1841 census. John snr was described as a Yeoman in the census.
The weather was perfect throughout the day of the wedding, Julie and her dad travelling to the church in an open topped horse drawn carriage. Approximately 90 guests attended the church service and then travelled to Cameley Lodge, Temple Cloud for the reception and an evening party. A vintage double decker bus transported guests to the reception.
